How do you brew your healing tea bath blend?
Add a 1/4 cup of loose herbs to 6 cups of boiling water. Cover and steep in the pot for 20 minutes. Strain your herbs out and add the liquid to your bath. You’ll want to soak for 20 minutes once per day.
If using as a compress, you can store the excess liquid in the fridge for 48 hours.
